I had this at a bridal shower last week and it was absolutely yummy--give it a whirl!
Pina Colada Punch:
Mix-
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1/2 gallon pineapple sherbert
Mix Liquids
1/2 of a 46 oz can pineapple juice
1 t coconut extract
1/2 can cream of coconut (to taste)
Add liquid mixture to icecream mixture and mix
Add 2 liter bottle of sprite (quantity is based on consistency of punch)
