Chicken Kabobs

Chicken Kabobs

1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup ranch dressing
2 to 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
1 tablespoon sugar, or to taste
4 to 5 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes

In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, ranch dressing, Worcestershire sauce, salt, lemon juice, white vinegar, pepper and brown sugar. Place cubed chicken in the bowl and stir with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat the grill for medium-high heat. Thread chicken onto skewers and discard the marinade.
Grill kabobs for 10 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear. Serves 5
