Beer Cheese Dip

1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup beer
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all together and chill. Serve with fresh vegetables or toasted bread. Serves 12-16.

Serving Tip: Slice the top off of a round loaf of bread. Use a knife to cut along the sides and carefuly hollow out the center to create a bowl, reserving bread to cut into cubes for dipping. Fill bowl with dip and serve. Refrigerate any leftovers.
