I am not sure if this is "just like Cafe Rio" , I don't remember what their guacamole tastes like! I got this recipe with the Cafe Rio chicken recipe and made it for the first time tonight with our tacos. It was really good, I am a sucker for avocados!!
3 large avocados
2 Tbl mayo
2 Tbl mild chunky salsa
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
Peel and mash avocados, add remaining ingredients and mix well. Put avocado pit in quacamole to prevent browning!
